So I'm that lovely LID for the second time and this time i can't have even uniodized salt, or egg whites. And I got sick while I was on the diet last time because the food just grossed me out. And today is only day 2 and I'm sick already. I can't find anything appetizing. Does anyone have any suggestions for good food while on the diet? perhaps food that doesn't taste like diet food. Any suggestions would be great. Last time I dropped 10 pounds in one week and this time I'm on it for 2 so I need to start eating without getting sick.
