Exercising After Whipple?

Hi,

I had my whipple 5/16/08 and am currently doing physical therapy. I go 3 days a week and walk a mile everyday. My surgeon suggested physical therapy as it is monitored so that I do not hurt myself and go at a good pace. Because it is result of my whipple and recovery, my insurance is paying for it. May be an idea for you
