They might want to do another PET scan and brain MRI.
Confusion and fatigue could be lingering effects from the chemo or brain mets.
Listen to yourself. You know better than anyone what's going on with him. Follow your gut.

Thank you for your reply and prayers. We saw the doctor and nurse practitioner to discuss his pain. He had an MRI a couple of weeks ago and no new growth. However, he has not had a brain MRI. Now I'm really worried. He does not experience any headaches or pain in the head area. All his pain is in his spine mainly and hips/legs. We made some medication adjustments so we'll see what happens.
