I understand exactly what you are going through. My husband is quite excited about the possibliity of HIFU and the Non-invasive surgery, with the possiblilites of low incontinence and E.D issues. Were just so worried that we may be facing the same situation in 10 years and mentally I'm just not sure we can make it through this again, thus our reasoning for the surgery option, of eraticating the entire area and hope and pray for the best regarding his E.D and incontinence. We have met with two surgeons, neither of which have suggested the robotic(laproscopic) but rather the HIFU and of course the radical prostatectomy. I would love to talk to someone who is young like my husband and has had the radical with a great outcome. Perfect world huh??
