Hey my name is liz ,I have AML .I have not heard of any side affect that makes you bleed.But recently I have learned the importance of platelet count.Plateets are little cells that are formed in your bone morrow .the job of these cells are to make your blood clog.If your platelet count is low than that means that there is not enough of these cells to maintain your blood in so with any lil cut you can basically bleed to death.
