I have heard some promising reports on the affects of Avastin/BCNU (and other chemos)used against GBM . Anyone out there using and combinations of Avastin. My father was diagnosed with GBM Grade IV in August and has completed his resection and first round of radiation / Temodar. He had a good AGT test and Duke put him on Temodar for 2 more months. Avastin will be an option after the 2 months are up and I wanted to get a sense of how that is working for others.
