Hi, my name is Peggy B. I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in June of 2003. I have had 2 chemos, taking taxol and paraplatin (carboplatin). I am Stage III, grade III with only my ovaries and omentum affected. I have undergone 2 chemos and have not had any side effects so far. I am 53 years old. There is no family history of cancer on either side of my family. This has been so hard for my 5 children and my husband. I thank you for wanting to speak with others who have this disease.
