My husband went through most all the chemo treatments discussed and he was prescribed Lyrica (generic name pregabalin) for his neuropathy. If I remember correctly it had to be approved seperately (?) from his regular meds. It was 50mg, 3 times a day. The side affects were not too bad but the dizziness sometimes got to him. While in the hospital, they perfomed reflexology. All that is rubbing the hands, arms, feet, legs.....you can look it up on the internet to get the general idea of where to "massage" or "rub" but it helped him a great deal. His hands would warm up, the dizziness subsided. So, rubbing and massaging and Lyrica. That's what he took to help him.
