Hello, Just joined this site today, saw your posting and thought I'd respond...  I am a carer in the UK looking after my wife.

 All I can tell you is that when my wife first haad cancer, her count was something like 1270.  Following an operation it went down to 400 and following chemo it went down to about 9.  As others have said on this site, I think anything below 35 is "normal".  Have you made any progress in working out if you've got a problem?
