I'm on day 18, and honestly, it goes good and bad. I don't have nearly the reaction that the gentleman on topicalchemo.com had. which is good for me. I believe i started getting a noticeable reaction on about day 6/7. nothing much more than a wind burn look. right now, on day 18, it's raw skin and blistered and some open wounds. Ouch would be putting it mildly. i stayed home from work today-i haven't slept much in the past three days-my face sticks to the bedding andthen when i move, it hurts like a you know what. tomorrow i have to go to the airport and pick up my parents-they'll be in for a shock...wednesday i go back to my dermatologist and wouldn't it be a wonderful holiday present for him to say, oh, we don't need to do this anymore - you can stop now!
take care-it isn't fun, but this board and its members have been awesome. i don't know how i would get through this without them. Pam
