My heart goes out to all of you who are suffering or have loved ones who are suffering from this. I lost my mom to kidney failure in 2000, and to this day I am still mourning her death. She was my best friend, and its like it took her suddenly. Now my dad is saying that the doctors are saying that he is at the last stages of liver cancer and only has 3 months to live. He did not want me to know or his girlfriend, but the other family knows of this. Please do not take this offensively, but the reason for my going on this site was to read true stories of those with this type of cancer to learn more about it. I read that people get really sick at the last stages. Now my dad has not lost any weight, and I talked to his girlfriend today, and she is not supposed to know so I asked her how was he doing. She said Oh fine, he's out looking for a job. Then I asked her has he lost any weight? She said no, we EAT. So basically I need to know at the last stages of liver cancer, does it cause you to be so sick to the point were you are not able to do anything? I just hope that he is not pretending to have this. My husband is trying to find an herb that can maybe cure him of this. He is looking through a book by Ron Teeguarden's Dragon Herbs. Does anyone believe in herbs? Once again, my prayers are for those with liver cancer.
