I agree with all of you that said go with your instinct. I don't know what we are dealing with right now. My daughter had her appendix taken out last May. She was 2 yrs old. Since that time, she has had stomach pain and has been very unhealthy. Her appendendix had ruptured and they did a second surgery to remove adhesions. It has now been almost a year and we still don't know what the problem is. She is very lethargic right now and she has the black, blue under eyes. She even wakes up at night from a sleep to tell me her tummy hurts. I just took her to the Dr. again yesterday and they did another ultrasound, and chest x-ray. They also did some blood work. This morning they called and said her white count was high at 36. This evening they called and I asked about it and they said it wasn't her white count it was her sed rate that was high. They said that both the ultrasound and xray came back normal. They just want me to wait until they get her stool sample back. I know they laugh when I take her in and tell them she is still complaining about her tummy. My husband even thinks I'm a hypochondriac. I just feel something is wrong. If someone has any input, I would reallly like to hear it.
Thanks,
