I heard aloe drops work good on patients with head and neck cancer receiving radiation treatments. Can anyone tell me where to purchase sugar free aloe drops? I would like ctca to respond as well. I could not change the respond field to yes for CTCA response.

Sure, www.aloedrops.com.  May people have even said that aside from relieving dry mouth and throat, even their oral cavity lesions have healed and they are able to eat a lot of the foods they had not been able to.  They sure worked great for my mom who had throat cancer...in fact, she still uses them!
