I kinda have the same question. I had a whipple from pancreatic cancer. I will use yogurt, almond milk, fruit and whey protein powder, I have also used egg protein powder.  You can make up your own. Oh i put it in a blender and make a smoothie.  The only problem with going to buy a smoothie, they put too much ice in them and they are expencive.  Also, I am lazy, but you could juice veg. and fruits.  I am sure you  can get  a book at the library and ask around if anyone has a juicer you can borrow.  good luck dawnella
