Although it seems a long battle it is worth fighting to try to acheive better health.If you Google search Fucoidan you will see what it has been known to do in helping the human body.As the Fucoidan is in a fibre gel in suspension, it gets absorbed into the small intestine as the body needs it.I personally feel that this is the best way to take these things.
