Rose, WOW, this sounds like a very sad situation. I have taken coumadin myself and that is a very scary drug.......and needs to be monitored closely as my levels rose and fell based on what I ate on any given day and fact I started to bleed internally as the level got so high. I had to be hospitalized for 3 days and given blood parts to help stabalize it. Not knowing how this situation is personally, I sympathize.
