Hi I am beside myself my dog was diagnosed with a tumour yesterday and the vet said it is a tumour the size of the end of the finger it is in the canal that is at the start of the bladder the vet suggests we remove it and start on metacam. We have been treating her for a bladder infection for a few weeks because she was weeing all the time everywhere and then the vet said to give her a scan and this tumour turned up. He said it is nearly always cancer. He said that to remove it and then give her metacam will be the best treatment for her. She is 13 year old terrier with lovely corgi ears named pippa. I just dont know what to do she is so well otherwise running around and eating her food.
Does anybody please have any information that could her us. I am desperate.
