Sat, 24 Mar 2007 00:00:00 GMT Probably a predominant epididymis or a large appendix testi.  Could also be Varicocele or Hydrocele.  Go to a Urologist for exam and possible ultrasound and go from there.  While it does not sound like a cancer.  Testicular is one of the cancer that occur at younger ages, like Lance Armstrong etc. so it is important it is checked.
