I had been so frustrated about the time it took to manage medical bills and insurance explanation of benefits, etc. I have had so many of them and there have been so many mistakes. It got so overwhelming.A while ago, I started using a free web software to track my bills, claims, etc. and detect mistakes. The web service is called www.smartmedicalconsumer.com It has been saving me so much time, frustration and money. I recommend highly. I also have been using their Ask&Share service to ask questions to medical billing experts. They helped me in particular when I changed the type of insurance coverage. Natalie L.
