      <description>weel, im waiting for my date with the chemo doctor and radiation doctor, im not sure if this is the correct way to go, but i havent had any disagrements with any of them, has any one done this bladder sparing route. Chemo with cisplatin, and 5 weeks of rsdiation, im 51 and in fair shape, quit smokes and have changed my diet. Any input would be appriciated</description>

      <description>The conservative route has the same cure rate, with a 70 to 80 percent chance of maintaining a functional bladder.&amp;nbsp; If you don&amp;#39;t respond completely then you haven&amp;#39;t lost anything since if you had surgery upfront then you would get post op Chemo Rads anyway.&amp;nbsp; This just gives you a chance to save your bladder.</description>
