Hov0502 Wed, 11 Apr 2007 00:00:00 GMT It is most likely benign, but you need a urologic exam and a ultrasound especially with the history of an undescended testi which increases the chances for a seminoma.  Don't panic and get it checked.  Remember also testicular cancers even when advanced (Lance Armstrong) are very curable.
