Auto Stem-cell Transplant

Hi,I haven't written in over a year. My husband, Bob has MM and had a stem-cell transplant the 30th of Aug...was in the hospital for nearly 6 weeks so had a very hard time...We rely on the Lord in all that we go through knowing He is in control. Bob is now in remission and we will probably have to have a Bone Marrow test done in the near future as he doesn't secrete into the blood stream or urine. He is in the 1 to 2% of MM. Found the cancer on Dec 19, 2005 through a Bone Marrow test after breaking his clavical for no reason. His plasma cells were between 40 & 50% MM and by the time he did the transplant he was at 83% so it was very aggressive. He is doing well at this time with doing the Aretea Bone hardner and taking vitamins. He takes 90mg of Morphine a day for the pain and has many com pression fractures in his neck and back...He has fallen once but, thankfully didn't break any bones. Sleeps more than he used too but good to not have the pain. Is anyone else out there going through the same and what is your treatment? Thanks, Janice
