Please let me knoeThanks&amp;nbsp;interferon is still the only FDA approved adjuvant treatment for stage 3 melanoma.&amp;nbsp; Did you have surgery already?&amp;nbsp; Normally this would be daily but the PEG form is long acting so it would be weekly I believe, &amp;nbsp;for a year.&amp;nbsp; Interferon can reduce recurrance by 10-15%.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <title>RE: peg-interferon</title>
      <description>Thanks for the info. I did have surgery(both sentinel lymph node biopsy and total lymph node dissection) I had microscopic amounts in two sentinel nodes and nothing in the rest. I was concidering peg-interferon because the side effect are supposed to be much less than regular interferon. It also is only one injection a week.They don&amp;#39;t know if it&amp;#39;s as effective as regular interferon. I just wanted to know if anyone had good results with it.Thanks again&amp;nbsp;</description>
