      <description>My dad is considering going to MD Anderson in Texas.&amp;nbsp; Has anyone been treated there?&amp;nbsp; Is is difficult to get in?&amp;nbsp; Do they take most insurance plans?&amp;nbsp; How was your experience?&amp;nbsp; Was it good?&amp;nbsp;Thanks again for any information.&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>my mom went there for a second opinion after her surgery at a crummy place in southern california.&amp;nbsp;That crummy place&amp;nbsp;did the surgery believing it&amp;nbsp;was&amp;nbsp;a benign tumor which is why they didn&amp;#39;t check the lymph nodes but we were not told it was actually cancer&amp;nbsp;five days after the surgery.&amp;nbsp; And it turned out to be linitis plastica which is the worst kind of stomach cancer.&amp;nbsp;She said the&amp;nbsp;MDAnderson was amazing.&amp;nbsp; She would have probably still been alive had she gotten her original surgery there.&amp;nbsp; I think they take on PPO.&amp;nbsp; My mom had Blue cross.</description>
