I have and it really helps! The doctor didn't tell me about it, I found out about it here. He  told me after I had been using this for a few days that Vasoline works too but I think it smells funny. I bought mine at Wal-Mart and it was in the cosmetics department with body lotions and hand creams. It's kind of greasy but it works so who cares.
