Final path report came a week later confirming the earlier diagnosis plus some changes. My tumor is 4 cm, ER PR postive and her2 -ve and there is angoilymphatic invasion.They checked the nodes using SNLB and all 4 nodes came out negative. They sent the sample for Oncotype DX testing. My recurrence score came out zero which the best possible score one could have. I went to 3 0r 4 oncologist. There is no consesus on Chemo. Technically with zero score I should not need any but I am having difficulty trusting this score considering my path report does not look so good.
