Early Unusual Symptoms of Pancreatic Cancer

My grandmother, mother and several aunts have died of pancreatic cancer, some after having gall bladder surgery within a few years. I am a type II diabetic who had gall bladder surgery a few years ago. Suddenly my blood sugar numbers are in the low 70's almost all the time, if I take meds or not. Is there any information that would confirm the sudden low blood sugars as an early symptom of pancreatic cancer? I have no appetite, and am losing weight rapidly,(20 lbs. in 3 wks.) but feel good. (I am above 200 lbs. at 5'4'') My blood pressure is also perfect for the first time. I am not complaining, but wonder if I have been 'healed' or if something else is going on.

My Friend started losing weight rapidly, loss of appetite, the smell of food would make her sick, no energy, etc. and this went on for several months. She finally went to the doctor 1/07 and was told she had an ulcer which then turned into a bleeding ulcer. The doctor said the ulcer needed to be removed and she had that surgery on 2-14-07 and at that time the doctor discovered she also had mestastis pancreatic cancer (also in the liver). Please go to the doctor and get checked out. With your family history I would not put off the visit to the doctor any longer.God bless and good luck.
