This means that Lupron is known to cause birth defects in an unborn baby.   I suppsose if your 1st shot had run out and you didnt get the second then perhaps the fetus wasnt exposed to very much or for very long.  Depends on when conception occured .  I think you could tell your doc you know it could be a problem and ask him to explain why he thinks it isnt.
