Is this something to be concerned about?

I've noticed a lump located above and to the left of my left testicle. It is somewhat larger than a pea. It is oblong and a bit squishy. It doesn't seem to be connected to the testicle itself or the vas deferens. I am in a high risk category, my right testicle was undecended and I had a surgical procedure to have it fixed when I was 7 or 8. I am 24 now. So can anyone tell me if this is something I need to worry about?
