I started out 134 lbs.&amp;nbsp; I am 103 lbs my last radiation was August 06.&amp;nbsp; It&amp;#39;s taken me all this time to try to gain.&amp;nbsp; I know we are suppose stay away from sugars.&amp;nbsp; I try, but not killing myself to completely stay away.&amp;nbsp; I have been eating anything I can get down my throat with added liquid, i.e. butter, milk, water added to the food.&amp;nbsp; I order childs plates if I can, but eat anything I can that has gravy or liquid.&amp;nbsp; A lot of it is heavy and fattening, but I&amp;#39;m not worried at this time.&amp;nbsp; I can&amp;#39;t eat breads, peanuts, pecans, cake, some fruits seem real tangy so I&amp;#39;m careful.&amp;nbsp; I eat a lot of pasta with sauce, lasagna with added sause and water.&amp;nbsp; Enchiladas with onions, cheese &amp;amp; extra gravy and added water.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;m trying to eat fattening food for the moment.&amp;nbsp; I drink Fusion drinks, sell at grocery stores, peach, strawberry/banana, they are more liquify more than yogurt.&amp;nbsp; I eat cottage cheese with peaches added. It has a lot of protein.&amp;nbsp; I eat a little meat, brisket, I ask for marble meat, it has some fat and it is not so lean. Sometimes I get embarrassed in public as if people see me eat, I&amp;#39;ve learned to ignore them and doing what I can for me.I also buy Womans Health Multivitamins for woman.&amp;nbsp; It has helped me a lot.&amp;nbsp; I drink ensure as well a couple of times a day. &amp;nbsp;I understand people with Head and Neck, will be always thin.&amp;nbsp; Our desire to eat is not like it&amp;#39;s use to and we can eat a little at a time.&amp;nbsp; Don&amp;#39;t know about you, but I have developed mucous bad, and have to be careful when swalowing it does not go up into my sinus.&amp;nbsp; That has ben a problem.&amp;nbsp;Hope I&amp;#39;ve given you some information if you&amp;#39;ve gone through this.
