      <description>9 month old with the following blood results:WBC 11.2&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; (4.4-10.4)Hematocrit&amp;nbsp; 32.9&amp;nbsp; (33-39)Platelets&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;504&amp;nbsp; (130-400)Granulocytes&amp;nbsp; 16&amp;nbsp; (42.2-75.2)Lymphocytes&amp;nbsp; 78&amp;nbsp; (20.5-51.1)Absolute Lymphocytes&amp;nbsp; 8.7 (1.2-3.4)Aspartate Amino Transferease&amp;nbsp; 47&amp;nbsp; (10-39)No other symptoms&amp;nbsp;present at this time. Had blood workup for something else.&amp;nbsp;Some of these seem quite abnormal?Any opinions would be appreciated.Thanks :O)Riley</description>

      <description>you cant diagnose leukemia from a CBC.&amp;nbsp; The WBC is a little high, but not that much.&amp;nbsp; Some other signs of leukemia include: Fever; Fatigue;Frequent infections; Swollen or tender lymph nodes, liver, or spleen; Paleness or pallor; Easy bleeding or bruising; Tiny red spots (called petechiae) under the skin; and/or Bone or joint pain.&amp;nbsp; What does your doc say from the physical exam?&amp;nbsp; The only actual way to diagnose is a bone marrow biopsy.</description>

      <description>My initial CBC showed absolutely the presence of numerous blasts. In combination with my blood panel, symptoms and exam, the marrow aspiration was just a formality.I waited way too long. 70% blasts in blood and bone. My marrow draw was &amp;quot;DRY&amp;quot;... if you suspect, get it checked. </description>

      <description>blasts would definately be elevated in the blood, &amp;nbsp;but this would be viewed from a blood smear.</description>
