      <title>could this be testicular cancer  need help</title>
      <description>husband said he felt a lump in his&amp;nbsp;testicual and had alot of pain, fluid collection the the L scrotum in addition there are multiple cysts within the epididymis&amp;nbsp;, an ultrasound was done, report just states appromaxitately 20ml bloody meterial drained and sent for culturestates many neutrophils seen many gram positive cocci&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; occasional gram negative bacilli this was a gram smear&amp;nbsp;aerobic culture says enterocccus fascalis&amp;nbsp; none anaerobis organisms isolated what does all this mean, he was to be seen for a follow up visit in two weeks could this be or mean cancer the areal was swollen ren, pain and where would this blood come from&amp;nbsp; pease help desperate for an answer thanks</description>

 Hi,  The meds should quickly get this in order, if you are not showing signs of great improvement in 7-10 days be spicious that the meds or diagnosis is wrong.  I agree it sounds like epididimitus.  use ice on the groin with a towel over it,  just to keep it cool, the coolness will pull out the swelling and then of coarse keep the feet elevated too.</description>
