Barretts

I am 23 and I have been diagnosed with barretts. My LES no longer works because of the severe acid I had. I have to take four different kinds of pills a day. Is there any kind of treatment I can undergo to help me? I have heard of things like photofrin and HALO 360. Because I am so young what kind of chances do I have of getting cancer? Also my last question is if I still have GERD and I can feel things coming up in my throat, but it doesn't burn is it still doing damage? Thank You.
