melanoma spread to liver

My father had ocular melanoma diagnosed about 4-5 years ago. He underwent the treatment and was doing well. However, this week, it was confirmed that it has spread to a spot on his liver. The doctors state it has not grown since January, but it was present...probably just starting but not fully developed. I'm trying to help my parents find all the options and the best decisions. We are also praying a lot. If anyone has any information about this type of situation, such as who the best doctors are, what treatments give the best results, and hope. HELP!Thanks
