I used Carac Cream as a "test" on an area of  my left leg. I also just finished my 4th week---but never noticed the "powdery residue" that you mentioned.  I just noticed the oozing and itching and swelling of that area from it.  Today, I went to the Dermatologist and she told me to use the cream on my entire legs !!!!!!   Lord----I don't know if I will be able to stand the pain. I am on my 5th day of treatment with Carac. Not so bad just red spots and a little red blotchiness.
