My dog, Annie, has been on piroxicam for two years now. I did notice toward the end of the long canine message thread (the one with over 500 responses) there are a couple of Deramaxx users.I noticed you, poodlelover and abbysharp--maybe you can contact them directly.Good luckMarty

We have our Lucy on Deramaxx. She had a very bad reaction to Piroxicam (bloody stools, throwup) so we switched her. She hasn't had a change in symptoms, but it hasn't gotten worse. We also just changed her diet to a 75% low-carb, dry food and 25% raw diet. what's your experience with Deramaxx?

Jazz has had diarrhea and a rash. I don't know if this is part of the diease or the deramaxx. Her Dr's had me take her off extra foods and she is on Ultra Senior and white rice only. She moans in her sleep and often with general movement but she seems happy and pleasant. We took a short walk yesterday, her energy is low.living gratefully each day
