CancerCompass message board discussion started by Irish-mary on 8/10/2007 http://www.cancercompass.com/message-board/message/all,15168,0.htm Wed, 08 Oct 2008 00:00:00 GMT Wed, 08 Oct 2008 00:00:00 GMT http://backend.userland.com/rss RSS.NET: http://www.rssdotnet.com/ I have stg 1V lung cancer - in both lungs and lymph nodesI have tried Tarceva and it worked for 10 months and then the cancer started to grow back in the right lungI then tried HKI-272 and that did not work for me.I then did 6 treatments of cemo and we had a 45% shrinkage in the mass tumor in the R. lung.  I had a two month rest and now after the latest scans the tumor is growing back again.I have been given two options1. Try a new cocktail of cemo2. Try a new clinical trial drug called PF-00299804 which is stage one.  The side effects are awful from what I have read from the info given to me by my MD.Q. Has anyone out there tried it and if so how are you doingQ.Has anyone gone to the Doctor of hope websight in Texas and does anyone know anything about a treatment called Cancer End.  Where you go to Texas and accross the border to Delrio Mexico.Thank you   Mary   Irish-mary Fri, 10 Aug 2007 00:00:00 GMT
