I do not know when the clinical trials were done. I started with Gemzar with Carboplatin.  Then I developed an allergy to the Carbo and did Gemzar alone. Was once a week, but then I started with fevers and low platelets so I went on a regimen of 1x every other week. Why are you asking? Do your docs want you to start Gemzar?Diane Diane t.
