Afraid 19-year old

I started smoking when I was 16, and just recently quit. I also drink alcohol, but wouldn't say I drink heavily. I have what looks like a white lump on my tonsil on one side. On that same side, I think my lymph nodes under my jaw are swollen, and there is another lump in my neck. I am FREAKING out. Sound like cancer, right? Can I get cancer after 3 years of smoking?

sounds like an infection. You should get it looked at so you can get some antibiotics. Yes , you are too young for cancer, but its still a good idea to quit those bad habits.
