My Best Friend, Need Advice About Everything

I have never dealt with cancer with anyone. I am a caretaker to my best friend whom was diagnosed 2 months ago with Uterine cancer, she is also a spinal cord injury. Her surgery to remove everything was on June 28th. Her first dose of Chemo was just last Friday, and this Monday, she was fatiqued and didn't want to get out of bed. (very unlike her) Her BP was very low. I called EMT's, she wouldn't go. By the time I finally got her there. She was told she had a UTI. By the time she was transported to the larger hospital the infection had spread to kidneys and the blood stream. Today, she is doing better. But she was giving up the fight. And now she says she has some decisions to make. I am thinking she is thinking that the Chemo isn't for her. She is in stage 3 grade C, of course I don't know what all of this means I have been doing my own research this far. As her caretaker and her best friend. I want to do all the right things to assist her the best I can, and what is in the best interest of her. Please, I really do need some support here.. Andie
