celaic axis lymph node removal mets from OVA

Has anyone with ovarian cancer had mets to the celiac axis (mid abdomen) lymph node? My girlfriend needs a biopsy of it to confirm if it is cancerous, and (hopefully) its removal. She has Stage IIIB OVA with alot of pain in her abdomen. The pain reduced with chemo but a month late she has the same pain. Her PET/CT scan came back with mixed results, spots in her lungs and the other lymph node in the ileac group, were gone, but the Celiac was still glowing, although reduced in size by half. Her CA-125 is still low at 10, although she can't use that number too well as her high number was 45. Any comments or comparisons to others treatment of this would be appreciated.
