Enlarged Peripancreatic Lymph Node

I had an ultrasoud the other day because I have been feeling tired
and run down all the time. The specialist said that I have enlarged
underarm lymph nodes on both sides. He also said that the ultrasound
showed a 1cm peripancreatic lymph node and thought that I should have a
CT scan because he was thinking the worst. However, he didn't order one
and told me to get one through my family doctor is she agreed with him.
Does anyone know what this could be? BTW I am way too young for
pancreatic cancer (33 years old) so I thought it might be a lymphoma
type thing given the underarm nodes as well. Help?

Do not waste a minute. Get to a doctor immediately. Whatever it is early detection is most important.. Get it diagnosed and treated as soon as possible. I know it is difficult to get an appointment even if you are under their care, however insist you see a specialist ASAP. Good luck- I will pray for you.EileenOn 9/7/2007 nicole1011 wrote:I had an ultrasoud the other day because I have been feeling tired and run down all the time. I had 1cm lump on my neck when I went to an ent doctor. he did 5 biopsys in his office right then . he said they were neg. he sent them to the mayo clinic and it came back non -hodgens[b-cell] early stage. then i went to emory in atlanta and it was the same. Please have them remove one to make sure. It could be nothing but I would get it taken out and sent to a patholigist. I am not trying to scare you I want you to know whats up. God Bless ,Susi .P.S IF ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THERE ,GET IT OUT..
