Since then I have lived very cautiously trying very hard  to get as little sun exposure as possible.However now a family holiday has come up that was booked a few months ago I was a bit nervouse about booking it at the time but not wanting to miss out I did so. Now I am due to fly out to Tenerife on friday but I am unsure if I am making a mistake going.Does anyone know if I should be in such a hot place. Obviously im not planning on sunbathing but I do know that even wearing factor 50 you can tan. Should I stay out of the sun altogether ? What happens if I tan slightly.
