alternative treatments for ovarian cancer

I, too, am interested in any sucessful alternative treatments for ovaian cancer. In May 2006, I was diagnosed with stage 3-C, had surgery, then 6 months of chemo ,was in remission for 6 months with the cancer returning this July. I am currently back on chemo (Gemzar) - just finished first round of chemo (3 weeks on, 1 week off) with my CA-125 returning elevated - baseline 4 weeks agos was 387 - reading today come in at 599The doctor said that this was not unusual (?) that teh "tumor could be breaking up and the antigens are free-floating in my system, thus the temporaty elevated CA-125 count". I'd be interested if anyone else has experienced this. Also interested to hear of any postivie experiences with alternative treatment. Thank you.
