One upper posteriorly, one lower lobe laterally rather deep.Postoperative Diagnosis: ADENOCARCINOMA (lung cancer) with significant dirty necrosis (dead cells).Procedure: Bronchoscopy (negative), Right video-assisted wedge resection of right lower and upper lobe parenchymal preserving style with mediastinal lympadenectomy including removal of subcarinal nodes Beauregard Tue, 11 Sep 2007 00:00:00 GMT
