      <title>Can someone help me</title>
      <description>This is the diagnosis.&amp;nbsp; My mother in law had colorectal cancer 3 1/2 years ago and almost died from the chemo.&amp;nbsp; She has since returned better than before but has recently been diagnosis now with lung cancer.&amp;nbsp; Give it to me straight.&amp;nbsp; What does this mean.&amp;nbsp; Here is the diagnosis so far from the doctor.Preoperative Diagnosis: Indeterminate right lung nodules. One upper posteriorly, one lower lobe laterally rather deep.Postoperative Diagnosis: ADENOCARCINOMA (lung cancer) with significant dirty necrosis (dead cells).Procedure: Bronchoscopy (negative), Right video-assisted wedge resection of right lower and upper lobe parenchymal preserving style with mediastinal lympadenectomy including removal of subcarinal nodes</description>
