PSA after one year was zero and DRE good. Just now experiencing painful urination but with good flow. (Thanks to flowmax) Even painful in my anus. Talk about a pain in the butt! Has been with me for about 5 days. Came on fast. Any ideas what is causing it? Anyone else had this problem (long) after radiation treatment? Is having terrible pain urinating, doc sent a 3 day supply of AZO standard type of pain med and it did no good. Trying to find some relief. What have you found?
