Painfull Urination

Hello

I have had seed and EBR a year and 3 months ago. PSA after one year was zero and DRE good. Just now experiencing painful urination but with good flow. (Thanks to flowmax) Even painful in my anus. Talk about a pain in the butt! Has been with me for about 5 days. Came on fast. Any ideas what is causing it? Anyone else had this problem (long) after radiation treatment?

Thanks,

Sounds like a stricture to me. Your urologist might need to do a scope of your ureathra to see if you have scarring, and if so he can dilate it.

Good luck
