Killed by cancer.

My darling wife was buried yesterday. She battled for the last three years with both Breast and Ovarian cancer. She never once complained or said "Why me". She got to see her grandchild before her end last Friday. It was a magical moment. She died trusting in the Lord as her Saviour. Yesterday her funeral, which she planned, was a tribute to her courage and faith. I will miss her deeply. We had been together 47 years. To everyone on this site I wish to express my thanks for being able to share the sorrows and pains as well as the triumphs and successesover the years. God bless you all in the future.Charles.

Charles,I have followed your posts and I am so very sorry for your loss. How blessed you are to have shared 47 good years together. How wonderful for her to have a husband who loved her. I know how much this hurts. You were both very brave in your battle against this disease. We will continue to fight in our loved one's honor. May you find peace and comfort during this difficult time. May you find joy in your new grandchild, for the child literally holds your wife's legacy within her.Bless you.Donna
