Vaginal Cancer

I have noticed a mole like pigment in my clitorous area I think it maybe called the Labia Minora. I have tried research a little about it on the Internet but all the information sound like jargon. I don't not know if it has always been there as I have never really checked that part of my body in great detial so I don't know if it could be a birth mark. However on some of the sites with information it said that this type of cancer occurs in women 70+. I am 22. Can you please provided me with some information as to the possiblities of what this black mark could be? Is there still a possiblility that it could be cancer even though labia minora cancer occurs in women over 70?
