I am 46 years old. I was 44 at the time of my diagnosis. I had the same radical prostatectomy and mine had mestetasized. I was prescribed viagra, cealisis, and then had to inject myself in the penis with a needle to get an erection. The needle wasn&amp;#39;t the worst part, it was the actual erection. It hurt like hell. There was no enjoyment at all.So, i had a penile implant surgically installed. However, now i am on lupron and casodex hormone blockers as my psa is rising again. The lupron and casodex took away every bit of my libido. There are other things in life that i find fulfilling, but the enjoyment of having sex is over.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;</description>
