My Nephew, I'm Not Sure if it is Testicular or Lung Cancer

My nephew was shoveling the snow and colapsed. He cannot walk any more. When the doctors did the xrays and scans they found. Testicular cancer, lung cancer, and a cancer outside his lund right by his heart. He also has the cancer in his spine. It is stage 4. Last year he got real sick and was diagnosed with a lung infection possible whoping cough now the doctors are saying maybe that was the first sign that something was wrong. The doctors looked at the xrays from last year and nothing was there. He is 33. What kind of treatment should we expect for him? My sister is beside her self she does not know what to do? any help and information would be helpful.

Thanks

Don't really know what to do but can offer some info on whats happend since we found out my mom has stage 4 lung cancer. She had back problems and trouble breathing at 1st. Then she couldn't walk and needed a walker. She was getting radition treatments to her stomach area. Then a few weeks late she got a mri and found out there was tumors in the brain. She then got a small chemo treatment and radiation to the brain. She had a bad reaction to chemo. She lost her appitie and then couldn't move at all anymore. Now she can't talk and her body is giving up. My best advice is try to spend as much time with him as possible and make sure he has a appitie and keeps his wieght up and is comfortable and is taking his meds. It's a tough disease and its tough on the person and family.

Thank you for replying. You were very helpful. Yes we are spending as much time as we can. He has started his chemo treatment on his 5th day. Brian is very sick. Not only does he have this cancer he also slipped 2 disk in his back and cannot move from the waist down. How is your mom? Hope everything is going great or as well as it can. I don't know what to do right now. My nephew is in Wisconsen and my parents are in Florida and need help right now since my sister went to be with her son. And my daughter is here in Texas fixing to give birth to her first baby. Sure wish I could split in 3. What would you do? My daughter says she will be fine my parents say they will be fine (today is my dad's 90 birthday) And my nephew says he will be ok. HELP!!!! Thanks again
